Typically, when I work-out.. I use the App Pandora and just listen to a "Hip Hop and Power Workout" playlist, because it really motivates me when I am working out. But, I've been using Spotify more recently, so I was looking into making my own workout playlist.

My question to you all is: What songs do you have included in your workout playlists? Give me ideas :)

Most of us are too british to know what pandora is...
Luckily I'm 1% american.

I don't work out, but honestly when I used to work out I actually mostly listened to music that made me think.. I.E often music that was nostalgic, or upsetting, songs that reminded me of good times... None of this crap about pumpy work out songs. no no.. I'd listen to songs that got my brain in a trance like phase, as I'd often just be doing carido on the treadmill and with all this thinking I'm doing, the time would fly by :)

Obviously wasn't all like that, had to be in a certain mood for that, but I did always like listening to other peoples work out playlist, because I often found some golden treasures in there, songs I wouldn't normally listen to myself, but have come to love.. Basically I let other people do the hard work and then I reap the benefits... Maybe that's why I stopped working out, because I wasn't able to do that :(

I don't work out but when I do some form of exercise with music, I usually stick on some motivational songs. There's a playlist on Spotify with motivational music which I just stick on because I'm lazy but guarantee every playlist will include Eye of the Tiger.

Anything motivational and power pump ish - often trap/ hardcore house. It's easier to get those reps in, especially if you time it right with the music!

I don't workout, but something I know the words to that is upbeat!
If I am walking I put little mix or beyonce on lol.
