How often do you use heat on your hair? For example: hair straightener, curlers and etc.
Do you apply heat protectant during the process to help keep damage off your locks?

I don't use heat on my hair at all anymore.
When I was in high school, I used to occasionally use a straightener, but now it's just effort. :P
During the winter, I don't really use heat unless I'm really trying to go the extra mile.
During the summer, I often blow dry my hair and usually use a hair straightener. The humidity causes my hair to frizz like crazy and I'm not about that life. I always use heat protectant!

I wash my hair every second day and tend to blow dry it. My hair looks ugly af if I dry it fully naturally. Don't use heat protector, I use coconut oil to detangle and blow dry on a warm heat for about 5 minutes then a cool heat for another 5 minutes then leave the rest of dry naturally.

I've never used a heat protector (other than when the hairdresser puts it on) and always blow dry it when I've washed it
never straighten or curl etc though, effort x

When I shower at work - thats when I only ever use a hairdryer but it is very short lived :P
I wash my hair every other day and use the hairdryer if I need to be somewhere or I'm in a rush, but apart from that no other heat products
