So before one of the few active threads left on this forum was stupidly closed despite no rules being broken.

@dbgtz (https://habboxforum.com/member.php?u=28789);

Why would you not wear a mask for the common flu all year around given it'd hypothetically save thousands of lives?

If you say you would not do so, then surely the same "selfish" logic applies to yourself and anyone who doesn't wear one all year round?

It's actually often the case that many viruses are nature's way of taking those near the end of their life. Pnuemonia for example was known in the olden days as "the old man's best friend" in that when a person was nearing the end of their life, pnuemonia being an opportunistic virus would sweep in and take that person quickly. The common flu is the same in the people it kills year on year, and even with a vaccine Covid-19 (now being endemic) will be the same because like I explained in another thread if a person's immune system is collapsing even anti-biotics and vaccinations do not prevent infection. We saw the same with AIDS and opportunistic infections.

This logic of now wearing masks even for the common flu I find to be quite mad, as though we're on some quest for immortality against what are simply facts of life.
