Hello everyone & Happy New Year!

The end of a year is always the time to reflect on your previous year, and plan ahead for your goals for the next. Although 2020 is not something that we all planned, we still made it the best that we could given the circumstances. In crappy situations it's always good to look on the bright side of things and the positives that you DO have in your life.

For this competition, all you have to do is tell me what your positive highlight of 2020 was. Did you get married? Did you finish school?

Mine would be starting my full-time job, especially during a time when a lot of people's jobs are unsteady.

Prize for this competition is 5 coins!

I have to agree with you Jamie, still being employed at the moment I am very humble about. Though my main memories is the memories I have made with a certain few on things like Zoom calls etc :)

The year in general was pretty crap, especially since when the first lockdown happened in the UK I lost a job that I really really loved, and because of that had to move back home - away from so many great friends I'd made in the city I love.

But on the flip side of that; I started an amazing new job from home and have since even been promoted because apparently I'm good at it or whatever. I also somehow still managed to graduate from university with a better grade than I ever expected to get. So I suppose when I weigh all things up maybe 2020 wasn't *quite* as bad as I thought...

Mine would be finally getting my motability car and being able to get out for the non-essential things without worrying about transport fares.
Like when I got my new tattoo, and a few scoots around the tarn for some fresh air and headspace!

Hola.

The only positive thing was having the chance of studying whenever i wanted to.

2020 was pretty shitty but I suppose being promoted at work was a good thing! :)
