How do you earn tokens?

I don't use the forum a lot so I wanted to ask/know, how do you earn tokens?

Quickest and fastest way is through competitions and events, along with posting around the forum.. you get tokens for member of the month, getting in the top 10 posters each month.. and there is quarterly arcade comps running.

they soon build up by just posting

i feel the need to blow all mine on dozens of forum icons every few months
