so... have you/or are you due to have a Covid-19 vaccination soon?

I was told by one my colleagues that Spain is intending to vaccinate teachers very soon, so I am assuming I will be offered one... not entirely sure yet if I am going to take it but I will think about it for a while. I know back in Britain, a friend who had a medical problem is expecting to have his fairly soon.

What about you?

I haven't been, I imagine I would be one of the very last groups.. I know people that have had theirs though, such as my gramdma and my step-dad who has Crohn's disease.
Who knows when my turn will be lol..

Not sure when it will be my turn, I hope I'm last because there are people who need it more than I do. I'll take it, the more people who take the vaccine the quicker we can get back to some form of normality. Hopefully by next year, it'll just be like the common cold and it won't cause many deaths.

Am probably going to be at the bottom of any priority list, but when I get invited I'll get it.

These always going to be people against vaccines, that's been the case since Jenner, but science has come along way from purposely infecting your own child to proof it works. Ive found the problem with people against vaccines is that they don't understand science much and get scared when you start talking about things like mRNA.

We haven't received it in the country yet but I think the first doses arrive on Monday. I'll be in the the second part of phase 1 which is supposedly mid-late April.

I'll be bottom of the list as I'm young (yes I am) and don't have any underlying health risks but will definitely get it when it's offered to me. Cannot think of one single informed logical reason not to

I haven't gotten yet, and I will probably be lower on the list. I work at a University, so I'm not sure if that will put me up any higher, or if I'm still at the bottom. Hoping my dad can get it soon. he's not over 65, but has underlying health issues, but not sure when that'll be.

Had the jab earlier today, it was pfizer which I'm happy about.

So far so good! Very tired with a super duper achey arm but that is all, unless tomorrow I wake up feeling like a truck hit me (:

Oh and I got my kewl 'I've had my covid vaccination' sticker. Feel like I'm part of a club

My dad had his last week, as did my eldest half sister, and my mum's is tomorrow.

Not sure when I'll get mine since I'm a forgotten keyworker :P.

I have had both doses of the AstraZeneca .... I know there are different opinions on this but my opinion is get it done when you are given the chance.
At least you are protected against something, even if it is not all the different strains.

And yes some people do have side effects with the first dose... I did [emoji23] but it’s worth it

My country (australia) have only just started giving it out and at the moment it is only going to key workers and old people in retirement homes.
Normal residents are projected to start getting them by the middle of the year? But we are running so far behind projections. I also don't know if I even want it. People keep getting clots and dying
