Worst possible date ever?

So I have experienced quite a few and heard quite a lot of horrible/funny experiences when it comes to dating.

My last experience ( before COVID) was ;

my date was still into his ex... so the whole night was spent talking about her, him and her and more of her.[emoji28]
It gets worse that after a few drinks I even offered to text her or call her to let her know what a great guy he was.

Never ever been on a date RIP but I think prob the WORST thing other than them stabbing you or something would be if you were at a bar/restaurant/etc and they were rude to the staff, ultimate cringe and discomfort

I guess the only "date" I had was during a high school prom. The guy had a thick accent, so I couldn't understand him. We had unrequited feelings and I never spoke to him after that. There was another guy who thought we were on a date, but I thought he was trying to be my friend. That didn't go anywhere as well since we had different interests.

At some point I stopped having feelings for him. After I ignored him, he started asking the mutual friend about me. I didn’t feel the same way as before so it was like that.

I don't think I've ever actually had any bad dates that I've went on by myself. However, when I was younger, my best friend at the time used to try to set me up with all of her boyfriend's friends, even if they were not people that I would typically go for, or people I would even like for that matter.

So, I would have to say basically any one of them she tried to set me up with. Not only would she just have us both be there to hangout, she would try to force us to hold hands and kiss, and it was just a horrible time. I hadn't had my first kiss at that time, so I kept telling her I didn't want my first kiss to be forced like this with someone I didn't even enjoy spending time with. So, she got mad at me, and long story short.. we are no longer friends :)
