What is your favorite homemade dish to make?

I don't cook as much as I'd like to, but one of my favorite lunch dishes that I like to make on the weekend is this pasta dish wiith tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, and garlic. It is AMAZING and so easy to make.

I love a good pasta dish! I make a mean trikolore with fresh cream ravioli, mushrooms, ham, bacon and sweetcorn!

Erm not sure really, I guess roast dinner or stuff like cottage pie.
