Vibrate, Sound, Silent or DND (focus)

I know for me, I always keep my phone on vibrate. I only end up putting my phone on loud if I am awaiting an important phone call. During my sleeping hours my phone is either on vibrate or my personal focus (which is new for apple devices).

So, what do you do? Do you keep your phone on vibrate, loud, silent or DND (focus)?

Silent usually because my watch taps me
DND at night in case issues with work - I mean I keep it on loud then so I can hear calls not other stuff

a mix, on loud when im out but usally my watch dings me, silent in lectures and at work i get distracted and then DND from 9pm till 8AM if you got an issue and need me im sorry but thats between you and the Gods i like my sleep

If I'm at work, I have it on silent.

When I get home from work, I put it on ring until I'm ready for bed, and then it goes back to silent

I keep the sound on unless I'm in a meeting, with friends, or doing something important... and then it's on silent.
When I'm sleeping I only put my phone on DND if someone is blowing it up.

sound when i'm working so i know if i get a work call, COMPLETE SILENCE if i'm not so people leave me alone i hate people

Most of the time on silent unless I'm expecting a call then the sound is on
When I'm asleep DND

Mines always on LOUD

On loud between the hours or 7am and 10pm, then automatically turns to DND the remaining hours... Anyone listed as a favourite on my phone can still call me whilst on DND with it ringing. For everyone else it'll remain silent unless they ring a 2nd time within 15 minutes.

Vibrate all day, DND between 11pm and 6am (or I put it on manually if I go to bed earlier)

My phone is always on DND.... Unless I'm waiting for an important phone call (and that's if I'm not listening to music via bluetooth) since it stops the music so I'm aware someone is calling haha. Vibrate. Paired with my watch, I can't miss anything but nobody else needs to listen to annoying sounds.

Little update from my last post, I've just been keeping it on silent. If I'm expecting a call or a certain text, I'll keep it on ring so I can hear it when I get it, but otherwise I've just been having it on silent.
