For work, I am a Sous Chef in a small cafe in a mall.
I like to watch tv, listen to music, sing and bake in my spare time.
I'm a very down to earth person, and I love a good chat and a bit of banter!

I don't really do too much baking now. Had you of asked a year ago, I would of been like uh yeah!
I mostly do savoury dishes at the moment being on chef side, but when I was doing the pastry sides of things I was always creating vegan goodies for the vegan cafe I used to work in! The most recent sweet thing I made was a raw/refined sugar-free/gluten-free lamington slice!
