Can anyone give me any information on the furni including the value?

I can double click on the furni and a window pops up, but just get "Wait" in a middle of the black screen. I vaguely recall it showed adverts.

Is it tradeable? They were definitely for advertising yeah, it opened a youtube video or something I think but haven't seen them around in yearsssssss
