So, what is your current sleeping pattern like?
At the moment I am probably sleeping maybe 11:30pm to 9:30am as an average.
wbu?
Damn you get a lot of sleep.
On average I go to bed at like 11pm and wake up about 6:30am
Recently messed mine up. I sleep around 2-4am and then wake up around 8.
My normal sleeping pattern is sleep around 1 at the latest and awake around 6.

If I don't have to get up in the morning 1 or 2am until 10 or 11 am
If i have to get up earlier I still go to sleep between 12 and 1

I have insomnia and struggle with winding down after work , so I can drift off around 1am or 2am then I can be up for 5am - 7am for a long shift. The weekends I can have a lie in so that's progress.

If I'm on the morning shift for work I try go to bed around 8-9 and then I'm up at 3:30am. If I'm off then I'll get up between 8-10 (don't like to sleep any later as normally I'm in early the day after) and then if I have a later shift I try and get up 2 hours before my shift starts, but it doesn't always work. Unfortunately if I have a few days off together or have loads of lates then go onto an early then I'll struggle to sleep for the early shift. For example, I had a week off work and my first shift back was today (5am start), I managed to sleep at 23:20 and then up at 3:30, but went to bed around 7:30pm.

not good...
my body has thought that it's fun to have my body wake up around 4-5am every morning and not be able to sleep for an hour to an hour and a half and then crash again for another half hour

Work days usually go bed about 10pm to wake up 3:45am
depends what time I have work but 80% of the time it's that.
If it's my day off I'll probably fall asleep on the sofa until about 3am then go to bed to about 10am.

I normally try to be IN bed by 10:00PM, I haven't been falling asleep until anywhere between 11PM-12AM.
I stilll wake up super early and have trouble going back to bed, but I do sometimes. I wake up anywhere from 6:30-7:00AM for work.

I sleep like a baby
By which I mean I cry loads, get hungry, twist into weird shapes, and then act like it's everyone else's fault in the morning

I dont know for sure, but I think it is due to iron being more reactive than copper. The iron in the rust is drawn away and replaced with the copper? Maybe? Something like that anyway.

have a nap from 4pm to 6pm

During the week I wake up anywhere between 7-8:30. I sleep around 2am.
During the weekends I wake up around 9 and sleep whenever.

I miss these days a bit! The bit I miss is how I was used to getting up early so I'd wake up early the next day. I've gone from having 5am starts to 9:30-10:30 starts and usually stay in bed too long! Nowadays if I'm on an early I try get up 2 hours before as I have to get the bus which are usually at awkward times so need to set off around an hour before my shift starts, if I'm on a late (usually 2 or 4pm) then I will get up 3 hours before which isn't great! As I've been on holiday recently I was used to getting up fairly early then so I want to keep trying to do that, but I have a habit of staying up until the early hours and not getting enough sleep.

I feel so old and falling apart atm honestly so bad.
My plan when I move to Melilla in like just over a week is to take my bike, hike on the mountains in Morocco behind the city, start surfing there and possibly join the gym. I've put weight on this year too - but once I start getting myself together it falls off me/I improve quickly.
It's true the more you sleep the more tired you are, and the more you do the less tired you are. It's just getting to that point ha.
I go to bed anywhere from 11-3, wake up every 3 hours, and wake up for my day around 7

I've never been one for napping, always just get 6-8 hours sleep per day and I'm good
