I think it's acceptable to play Christmas music year round with the exception of Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You.​ In my opinion, it's never okay to play that!!!!!

I agree with Tbl, you can listen to christmas music anytime if it makes you happy, My parents watch christmas movies all year round. (Those crappy movies on movies24/7 and stuuf like that)

Ahem, as an American... I'll be completely honest and the only time I ever hear Christmas music is when it's played by others. I don't usually listen to it on my own lol
