Winter Wonderland

https://i.imgur.com/MokjbvH.jpg

I'm sure you've all seen a typical Winter Wonderland, snow falling, a chill in the air, people bundled up sipping on hot cocoa. It brings to mind a simpler time, one spent with family over the holidays sharing laughter and cheer.

Recently it's been popular in the USA for venues to put on their own Winter Wonderland type events, with Santa and Elves and Reindeer and all sorts of Christmas themed foods.

Your task here today is to design and describe here your own Winter Wonderland. Go wild with it! It could be heavy metal themed for all I care! You could also theme it to a particular country's version of Christmas.

Whoever comes up with the coolest Winter Wonderland will win 5c, as well as 2 presents for every entry. The winner will also win 5 presents toward HxMas.

Entrance: As guests enter, they are greeted by a grand archway made of twinkling fairy lights, with the words “Bienvenidos a la Navidad Gaucha” illuminated brightly. The scent of traditional Argentine foods wafts through the air, drawing guests further into the wonderland.

Main Attraction: The main attraction is a large, open-air ice rink, but instead of the usual oval shape, it’s shaped like Argentina! Around the rink, there are life-sized ice sculptures of famous Argentine landmarks such as the Obelisco de Buenos Aires and the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Music: In place of the usual Christmas carols, traditional Argentine folk music fills the air, with live performances by folk bands. For the heavy metal fans, there’s a special stage where metal bands perform renditions of Christmas songs and Argentine classics.

Food: No Argentine event would be complete without a feast! There are food stalls serving traditional holiday foods like ‘Vitel Ton?’ (a dish made from veal and tuna), ‘Panettone’, and ‘Turr?n’. Of course, there’s also the Argentine barbecue, or ‘asado’, with a variety of meats grilled to perfection.

Santa’s Grotto: Santa’s grotto is transformed into a traditional Argentine ‘estancia’, with Santa dressed as a ‘gaucho’ (Argentine cowboy). Instead of reindeer, Santa has a team of ‘criollo’ horses.

Workshops: There are workshops where guests can learn to make traditional Argentine crafts, dance the tango, or even play a game of ‘truco’ (a popular Argentine card game).

Finale: The evening ends with a spectacular fireworks display, lighting up the sky with the colors of the Argentine flag.

I'd have a huge Christmas tree in the middle, a cozy fire, Santa and his elves busy at work,
everyone around decorating their own Christmas trees, a giant feast with lots of different food for everyone.
Santa will hand out gifts to children.
The best decorated Christmas tree would get a prize.:star:
