1. You would think that would be, hm, getting access to (and, just a little later, indirectly contributing to the process of leaking) a prototype of the original The Sims mainline game [2000], that predates its first "official" launch in 2 frigging years --- the very prototype that the wacky Maxis folks sent to EA for the means of convincing them that that simulator was just much more than a stupid toy where you have to send computer people to the toilet.
