Kensington Palace won't say of course, but seems quite serious if she's staying in for two weeks afterwards...

The King and The Princess of Wales were both discharged from hospital today.
His Majesty is not expected to do any public royal duties (other than official business sitting) for a month, while Her Royal Highness will be out of action now until after Easter.

Given the recent surgeries undergone by both The King and The Princess of Wales, are there any official statements or updates regarding their health conditions and the nature of their treatments?

Nothing, the release of The King's condition as an enlarged prostate was highly unusual.
Prince Edward, Duke of Kent (age 88) and Princess Alexandra (age 87) have effectively retired from physical public duties over the last year or two because of increasing frailty. He pulled out of the Cenotaph service back in November due to "mobility issues" (the same explanation given for Queen Elizabeth II's cancelled appearances in 2022) and you could see in the Coronation photos that Princess Alexandra was effectively being held up by Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh and Princess Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.
There's rumours that Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie of York might be brought in to perform public duties soon given the Wales's children aren't going to be doing public duties for at least another decade. The burden of patronages/charities/public duties in fewer ageing members of the family is apparent and only going to get worse until the Wales's children join the fold.

A lot of rumours flying around today concerning the Princess of Wales... it has been two months since we saw her out in public.

More bad health news for the House of Windsor today as Thomas Kingston, husband of Lady Gabriella Windsor, has died.

Princess Alexandra (87 years old) spotted in a wheelchair for the first time too.
Unusual given royals don't tend to like appearing in wheelchairs given the media storm over Princess Margaret back in the day.

I think its still really odd that we haven't had an update or anything more.
I have a funny feeling it was a hysterectomy after a scare potentially
I still think its really admirable that the royals are openly talking about their scares and battles to some extent.
