Not a good sign that on top of the lung problems he was admitted with, he now has developed pneumonia in hospital.

Apparently he is sitting up and in good spirits which is a good sign.
The King and Queen are due on a double State Visit to Italy and the Vatican in early April 2025...

The Pope remains in critical condition but is seemingly stable according to the Vatican. There's been unsourced reports that Cardinals around the world and his family from Argentina have been flying in to Rome... make of that what you will.

Not good when the body is seemingly incapable of clearing the airways/lungs.
I had similar with my Grandad in 2020 (dementia-related pneumonia) so I know this is quite a bad sign that the end could be near.

The Pope appeared on a balcony after he was discharged.
Still obviously not well though.
