UK Supreme Court rules legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex
The Supreme Court has ruled that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex, in a decision which could have far-reaching implications for who can access single-sex services and spaces.

Why this needed to go to court is insane in the first place. You're born a man or a woman and you stay it forever. That's it.
But still, it is nice that common sense has won the day which is increasingly rare these days. I take my hat off to the likes of JK Rowling, Posie Parker, Germaine Greer, Sharron Davies and others who've kept up the good fight against an increasing tidal wave of lunacy where we're all being compelled to pretend that what we see and know as the truth actually isn't. I've refused to go along with it from day one and now it is swinging back in my favour hard.

Transgender people exist. We have always existed and we always will. You can pass laws to harm us, try to stop us from transitioning, and bizarrely obsess over us—as you and J.K. Rowling seem to do—even though we pose no threat to you. We just want to live as ordinary members of society, be left alone, and not have to think or talk about being trans.
My opinion of you has crashed these past few years. You’re a gay man who, I hope, understands the struggles trans people face with more empathy than most. You know what it’s like to be seen as "other" and to suffer for something outside your control. Being gay is different from being trans, yes, but many of the societal challenges we face are similar.
Most people who experience that kind of marginalization develop greater compassion for others—but not you. You seem to lack empathy entirely? You’re eager for society to accept you, yet it never occurs to you to extend the same compassion to others who sooo desperately need it in this moment in time.
Trans people already have enough problems. If you, J.K. Rowling, and others truly took the time to understand us, I hold out hope that you wouldn’t willingly inflict harm on millions of trans people as you do now.
It shocks people when I tell them I’m trans. You can’t tell by looking at me, and I don’t advertise it for my own safety—thanks to people like you who cherry‑pick negative stories and try to brand every trans person as "bad." There are millions of trans people like me who just want to live our lives. Yes, there are occasional bad‑acting trans people, just as there are in any group including ones you are in. Writing all trans people off because of exaggerated stereotypes is cruel and wrong.
You can reply, but I won’t read it. This will be my last ever post on Habbox Forum and the last time you’ll personally ever speak to me again. Arguing with you is pointless. After years of watching you spew transphobia and hate, I wanted to tell you how deeply your words have hurt me. I hope that someday you feel remorse for othering trans people. It’s a dark road you’re on, and history only shows where it leads...
I will just end by saying, you cannot erase trans people because there will always be trans people. You can try to humiliate us a thousand times over, but I've figured myself out, I'm living my life, and I'm happy. Goodbye. ✌️

@HotelUser (https://habboxforum.com/member.php?u=420); All you've done is post an emotionally charged post saying that I should have certain views simply because I happen to be gay. I am sorry but my views on science and biology do not change based on that. It is good that you bring up sexual identity as many prominent gay men and women - Joanna Cherry KC (former SNP MP) and Douglas Murray (conservative writer) spring to mind - have taken the exact same view as I, JK Rowling and various others. That sex is an immutable characteristic.
If you're trans that's great. I really have no issue with it. If people wish to present as a man or a woman, wear whatever I really do not care. They can even ask people to refer to them as whatever they wish. Emphasis on the ask. What crosses the line, and what we've been increasingly cornered into doing in recent years is being compelled to do so. Again, emphasis on the compelled. You have no right to compel other people to say or act a certain way to fit in what with you see as being true. That's why today is such a victory for freedom of speech and the rights of women in sports who compromise 50% of the population. You cannot simply get away with calling valid views "hate" and thinking you can silence people over it - there's too many people, from across all over the political spectrum, who hold the view that sex is an immutable characteristic.
I leave the last word to The Lord (Professor) Winston of the Labour Party.

I wish you well regardless.

The reverberations from the judgement have been profound. For Women Scotland are all deserving of Damehoods.
Our Prime Minister, who changes his opinion more than I change socks, now concludes that a woman can't infact have a penis.

For those interested in a more lengthy discussion on the trans ideology and the impact on women's rights from this movement over the last decade or so, Helen Joyce sitting down with Professor Richard Dawkins is well worth a watch in this discussion below. Clear, concise and concrete.
