✨ Updates to the HabboxForum Shop ✨
We've recently made some changes to how VIP and username flairs purchased through the HabboxForum Shop work, with both systems now being much more automated!
Here's everything you need to know.
🎨 Username Flairs
We've made some changes to the way username flairs are handled across HabboxForum.
Flairs are the small icons/decorations displayed alongside your username, giving you another way to customise how you appear around the forum.
Flairs purchased from the HabboxForum Shop are now fully automated!
As soon as you purchase a flair, it will be added to your account and, if you don't already have a flair active, it will automatically appear beside your username.
If you already have an active flair and purchase another one, don't worry as your new flair will still be added to your account, but it will remain paused until you choose to activate it.
⏸️ Pausing & switching flairs
You can switch between any of your purchased flairs whenever you like.
When a flair isn't active, its remaining time is paused. This means its expiry timer doesn't continue counting down while you're using another flair.
For example:
If your flair has 20 days remaining and you pause it to use another flair, those 20 days will still be waiting for you when you activate it again. 🎉
This means you can build up a collection of flairs and switch between them without wasting the remaining time on the ones you're not currently using.
Whenever you purchase a flair, you'll also receive a Private Message confirming your purchase and providing the relevant links.
You can view, activate, pause and switch between all of your purchased flairs here (https://habboxforum.com/flairs.php).
Keep an eye on the Shop too - more flairs may appear from time to time! 👀

💎 VIP Changes
We've also automated VIP purchased through the HabboxForum Shop!
Once you've purchased VIP, the relevant VIP usergroup will automatically be added to your account, so there's no need to wait for it to be manually applied.
You'll also receive a Private Message confirming your VIP purchase and providing the relevant links.
You can continue switching your display usergroup in exactly the same way as before.
Simply head to:
User CP → Permission Groups
From there, select the VIP/usergroup you'd like to display and choose "Identify me as a member of this group".
Alternatively, you can go directly to your Permission Groups here (https://habboxforum.com/profile.php?do=editusergroups).

Everything should now happen automatically when purchasing VIP or flairs, making it much quicker and easier to use your purchases.
