No reason to, my parents trust me, I've I earned that trust by being honest with them and knowing my limits. I tell them everything... from the drinking to the "other" substance abuses. A good relastionship is based on honesty and I hope you guys learn that as soon as possible.

It's also a way to get free alcohol if you're cool with your parents. They'd rather see you drinking at home and not going out than going out and getting into trouble or hurting yourself or someone else. After work me and Dad would hit the liquor store and he'd get beer and we'd drink at home while relaxing from a hard day's work.

When I was at college I always had to laugh about my friends who's parents didnt' know what they were doing. Most of their parents didn't know that their kids smoked cigarettes not to mention whatever else we were putting in our bodies. And I'd hate to know what that felt like. To think you're kid is doing well and then that night you get a call and realize that things were happening that you weren't knowing about. It worries parents and makes them not trust you.

If they see that they can trust you, then the'll be lenient on some rules. If they let you go out, let them know where you are, let them know when you're coming home, let them know what is going on... that way they don't have to worry as much as they would if they were completely out of the loop.

There's more of us on Habbo than you might think. And I didn't see an age limit anywhere.

To keep it on topic... why do you lie to your parents?
