Is There A Way Where You Can Set A Broadcaster For Free? How?

It isnt something you can explain in a few seconds. There isnt a way to make an entire radio for free. Its kind of like asking how to drive a car, you cant explain in just a few sentences.

You should check out www.shoutcast.com and most SC servers cost money per month about £5pm

First. go to http://www.shoutcast.com/download/license.phtml (This Downloads The Server)

After Your done doing this go to http://www.shoutcast.com/downloads/s...2b-windows.exe
(This Downloads the DJ part)

When You are done Downloading this go to www.winamp.com download winamp. It will say Classic or modern. Put modern.

When Winamp is done open winamp.

Click CRTL p on your keyboard.

Next go to DSP/effect

Highlight the one that says ShoutCast Sorce. Then hit close.

Next somthing will popup called Shoutcast source.

Click Output at the top.

Address will be the IP or host where your radio is coming from.

The password is what you put in for the pass in the EDIT Shoutcast DNSA Located under start.

Then just fill out everything else and hit connect.

Adding music. Go to the bottom hit library and hit add media.

so, your server ip is your ip, go to whatismyip.com to find it.
your default port is 8000
and your default password is changeme
