Ok i got a Vbulletin board i made my mate an admin and he delted my admin account and hes not giving me it back is there anyway i can get it back

He also hacked my cpanel

Wrong section,

You should contact your host and dont give administrative privaliges to people who you dont trust, only people who you think will not abuse it.
