I have opened up a UK Fansite, HabboLodge.co.uk. I need a forum owner who can afford to get a vBulletin Board. They will then be the Forum Owner & Administrator, Site Co-Owner and some other stuff. So please message back.

Well, I tell you, vBullitin is for the rich. I am rich rofl but I'm not wasting it on a forum. I can make a forum. But it won't be vBulletin.
