Well... I went on today and had 2 moderator warnings for posting in an old thread and - 200 rep :s

The 2 Moderator warnings would have been sent because normal Moderators have no way of telling that someone else had already sent you a warning for same thing. The warning would only be counted as one warning though. We hide this info from normal (red) Moderators for your privacy.

The reps would have been given by the members. Obviously we cannot control who they sent reps to. However, if you feel that a member has been abusing the reputation system, you are welcome to report it to us and we'd look into it.

We do not give warnings when people are banned. We give them warnings on their first offence, then on their second we issue bans.

If you have been banned though, the reason it doesn't give a reason is because you were banned before we upgraded to vBulletin 3.5.0. Previous vBulletin versions did not allow us to put in reasons on the "banned page". This does not mean to say that you have been banned for no reason, the reason just isn't shown.

We would not ban because someone changed their age to 99. For a start, our members cannot see other users' date of birth.

We do care about our members and we do a lot to help ensure that our members are treated fairly. If we didn't care, then I wouldn't bother posting this would I? Especially considering I'm likely to get flamed on here.

As a super mod on HF, I can assure you we dont ban members unless they deserve it. We have a mature team of experienced mods.

Most people who get banned from Habbo etc. claim they were banned 'for no reason'.. just look at all the 'I WOZ BANED 4 NO RESON ON HABBO HOTELZ' threads that pop up here and on HF. Members from here come to HF and cry over getting banned 'for no reason on Habbox Forum', just the same as this guy has done.

What gets to me is members of both forums who try to instigate HF versus HxF fights, that end up nothing more than HxF members getting flamed on HF and HF members getting flamed here.

Some of you just need to grow up.... :rolleyes:

Hmm I made a thread called 'Selling my DJ Deck' and got a Moderator warning and -200 Reputation points, the warning was something like 'Changed to Trading -- You cannot sell Habbo furniture' -- I thought it was a bit pathetic considering I'd make it obvious I wanted furni by mentioning around how many Thrones I wanted.
