I know html,cpanel,abit of php and i can make layouts

Will it be paid for domain and hosting?
I can do html, css, i can work with cpanel, make layouts and code, ccan do flash animation, and ok with graphics

I already have a co-owner/owner but... if you want you can be a Site Manager

plus do you know any free hosts with cpanel, cause im with x10hosting and there not letting me add hyperlinks to my pages :S and theres not much space.
