My first ever alt, EVER!!

Ok, um go easy on me, this is my first alt i only have paint and jasc paint shop pro 7, but i only us epaint its a bit dark and off colour but i'd like to know :D Please dont give me any lower then 1/10 cos ill be like :o :eusa_doh:

you know silence of the lambs? you knwo how he is taken into prison on one of those things with whells and he is rolled in? thats what they are.
