Hello, this is fairly easy.
Just follow these steps;

Step 1: Login to your forums Admin CP.

Step 2: Go to Paid Subscriptions.

Step 3: Go to Add new subscription.

Then carry on from their, it's simple! :)

Depends on what type of forum, some of them you need a plugin

If it's vbulletin, read Kaiora's post. If it's not, I'm guessing your have to upload a plug-in or make a thread on your forum about being V.I.P. If you need paypal... go to www.paypal.com and sign up. It's totally free. It's just that if you want the money that is payed from V.I.P to go to your credit card, you have to subscribe your credit card.
