My evidence is a concelaed "Word Document" accidently posted on the "Press Release" section of http://Sulake.com, that my brother found.

Unless you want me to e-mail it to you, I think you should take my word for it.

He also sold it to a few scripting sites. :(

Gawd Growable, stop reading into that Sulake e-mail too much. It's been posted on these forums before.

And besides, it says they're to be released at the Hotel Manager's discression, which for Habbo UK probably means the Throne will not be released at all as it's such a vital item.

I doubt whether the e-mail is even real. All 3 of those items are already on Habbo's servers, so there would've been no need to install them for version 8.

Rumours need some sort of proof which makes them start off as a rumour, unless you mean blindly saying stuff that can be counted as a rumour ;). RUmours normally start off by misguided facts...
