80's - Guns n' Roses and Van Halen (U2 possibly, but I hate them)
90's - Nirvana and Pearl Jam

Duuude, haven't you heard? There's gonna be a rock revamp :]. With the help of Tool, Audioslave, Forty Deuce, Velvet Revolver, A Perfect Circle and Dream Theater, rock and roll will be coming back home (I hope). They've all got albums coming out, could be a great year 2006. A Perfect Circle are a great band, same with Audioslave but you've gotta try Dream Theater and Tool. Especially Dream Theater; their skill will make you cry if you've never heard them before.

Thanks Louis btw, wonder how long it'll take till I get banned on this one too.

Lol, I did hear about a lot of new albums that are supposed to come out next year, but they arent out yet, so Im not sure. This year has been slow other than foo fighters and audioslave, all that Im saying

PS- For the 90's replace Soundgarden with Red Hot Chili Peppers For me. I rethought about it, I think RHCP is a bit more deserving.

I dislike RHCP. Too overplayed and songs are all too similar for my liking.

True, but Pearl Jam did more than RHCP in the 90's. Their music is on another level I think.

Yes Pearl Jam were way better than RHCP.

Really? By the way was like that, but a lot of other albums had songs that were totally different from eachother. Like Other side, cant stop, and zephur song were hits in the same year I think, totally different from eachother.

Anyway, thats just my oppinion

Great to know an' all, but it would of been nice to discuss the matter in hand: I'm sure you'd put No Doubt and Gwen Stefani in there somewhere.
