I think it's really annoying how some places don't hire you if you're not 16, as half the time they get stupid, spotty 16 year olds who drop out of school and can't add 2 and 2, whereas you could have everything they are wanting but be 14 or 15...

Are you joking me?

You get paid £10 for an 11 hour shift? Wow.. You're entitled to like £3 an hour so that would be like at least £30 considering you're underage...

Dude you're dad rip's you off big style!

I'm a really hungry artist... I sell my paintings and buy food with the money :P. As well as play gigs every once in awhile.

Lately I've been doing a lot of digital work (designing album covers, advertisements) which is why I've been able to be on fourms while I'm working.

I've been out of school for 3 years now. Went to college for 2 after highschool as an art major but had to drop out because I didn't have enough money to finish. I'd work in a factory and grocery store during the summers.

It's the law, usually. Most 16 year olds haven't dropped out of school, they've left, whether they left with Gcse's or without them. Most 14 year olds wouldn't beable to deal with the stress of a tough job and Gcse's. Whereas a 16 year old is able to deal with stress more efficiently.
