If not, go to the Barbarian Outpost, say you are a barbarian, you will get a card, go to 10 bars with it..
(2 in Varrock, 1 in karamja, brinhaven, ardougne, camelot, yanille, falador and port sarim) and use the card with the bartender, some do a bit of damage, one does 14 damage.
