You must concentrate really hard on everything that im about the picture.

First, right now, go up to your freezer, open the door, stick any part of your body in, make sure it gets cold, cold enough so you can actually feel it.

Right, now you should feel cold all over....

... this is the bit you have to concentrate really really hard on.

Close your eyes and concentrate on nothing but what i'm about to say...

Picture yourself next to a fire, a humble cottage in the middle of the woods, a fire blazing and amzingly hot heat coming from it. Get your feet and place them near the fire.

Now you should feel toasty warm.

If this dosn't work, repeat the process but believe you can do it, not think, but know.

Well you would miss it if you didnt have it since, thats what regulting your body temprityre, makeing your heart beat, makeing u breath(athogh u can conosily control that), and more aless controling every system in your body you dont consily have control of "/

Well, Hyponosis and things along that line are of the mind and have to do with psycology and reverse.
