its an enchanted diamond ring, and if your life goes under 10% of your hp ( to work out, times your hp by 0.1), you be teleported safetly to lumby however some attacks and kill you straight away eg.
if you had 11% left, troll may hit 11% and kill you and you wont be teleported.

lol unlucky mate, i remember when i was fishing in the guild, lobbys and i was in all my fancy gear, black cav ect, and i minimized window and i was getting atacked by a river troll! i opened window at about 4hp, i guess i was lucky lol...
