It is key-hosting (http://www.key-hosting.co.uk) there are 3 offers and they are very good prices it offers alot in the control panel, free phpbb and invision board fourms, chat services, unlimited addon domains and sub domains (very handy) unlimited email addresses couldn't be more helpful.
