Ok, I'm selling these runes slightly under the usual price (based on the runescape forums)
500 bloods - 590 each, 295k for all.
500 laws - 330 each, 156k for all.
500 deaths - 290 each, 145k for all.

Right now i'm in world 27, in seers, but I can come to any world and any city (that I can teleport to).

Why has bloods dropped so badly, ppl used to pay like 1k ea for them.

Very very doubtful, whoever was selling them must have been desperate to get rid of them, if people only paid 500 for them, there'd be no point in merchanting them.
On the forums, where I seem to be spending a lot of time lately, they go for 600 at cheapest.

It varys what people want. If they want a quick sale it will be around 300k, if they're not bothered it's 350-330gp.
