Food with negative calories?
Not possible right? WRONG!
Some fruits and vegetables actually have NEGATIVE calories.

How is this possible?
It takes more calories to eat some foods than the food has in it to begin with.

Some foods

Carrots
Celary
Lemon
Spinach
Broccoli
Letuce
Tomato
Tangerine :) Hope this helps some of you guys.

It isnt really "Negetive", it just takes away ones you already have.

Yeah, negative is often misunderstood
Its not the food actually makes you lose calories, its just that the process of eating it burns more calories then the actual fruit/veg has.

'Negative' calories are a myth and do not exist. The only truly 0-calorie food is water.
