Hey People does anyone Know What you have to use like for e.g u download a template from there i dont know what to do I Heard u need someit like photoshop if you do use photoshop please post back :eusa_booh

u can use paint :S

If you mean editing the images, You can simply edit them in paint. But the format would be Bitmap, Which takes... Years to load for someone with a low bandwidth. I Recomend something like photoshop which you can save it as a .Gif (Etc), You could also get a image converter that changes it from a Bmp, To a gif So on and so forth
