"Dumb blonde" And all those sayings, its pathetic, i'm blonde and i'm certainly not dumb :-\ i'm one of the top 5 in my year. its so pathetic.

It all started cause in films the stupid one is always blonde!

But now its getting out of hand. its so pathetic, not all blondes are stupid! And those "Blondes have more fun" T-Shirts, It doesnt matter weather your blonde or brunette or ginger or blue haired fgs!

Ye im blonde... Admittedly i find it a good excuse when i say or do something stupid... admittedly, i look extremely bimboish. When people see me they immediatly think of me as an airhead. I am quite gullable and do have my "Blonde moments" But im not brainless. I have strong views on alot of things. Im not going to prentend im a genius because im not when it comes to Maths and Science. But when its poetry and art im always top... Ok /rant over

Jeez, calm down. Its used for jokes because usually models have blonde hair and are dumb. People dont think YOU specificly are dumb. Its like yo mama jokes, no one really thinks if your mom is so fat she sat on a rainbow and made skittles. Sure its a steriotype, but no one believes it:rolleyes:

Y'know another reason why they say blondes are dumb?

They think that blondes hair go furthur down the skull and touch the brain, causing it to not work propery :S

I think it's stupid tbh, very stupid. I've got brown hair (dunno if I should say I'm brunette rofl..) and I'm not the smartest but I'm top set for everything..

The blonde jokes can be hilarious. I like hearing people's (Like this thread-starters) feelings on the common stereotype. It's quite funny, 'cause they go on about how they're not a dumb blonde but they still don't realise that it's just a joke and people only say it to wind the cleverer ones up. Haha. Jade Goodey just puts the final nail in the coffin. Only a blonde could come up with the sorta stuff she was saying in the BB house don't you think? It just wouldn't of sounded right if someone with ginger hair said it. I'm not prejudicing against blondes, just pointing something out.
