Ello, I'm stupid American and was wondering what the education system for you guys was.

Here in America it's basically

Kindergarden (some places)
1-6 :Elementary
7-8 :Middle School
9-12: High School

And then for higher learning at college (I'm guessing University for you)

2 years - Associate
4 years - Bacheloret (no clue how it's spelled even though that's what I was going for... it's okay though cause I'm an art major ;))
And after that I really have no clue.

Nursery (age 3-4)
Reception (age 4-5)
*the above aren't comulsary*
Infants -
Year 1 (age 5-6)
Year 2 (age 6-7)
Juniors/Primary -
Year 3 (age 7-8)
Year 4 (age 8-9)
Year 5 (age 9-10)
Year 6 (age 10-11)
Secondary/Comprehensive/High school -
Year 7 (age 11-12)
Year 8 (age 12-13)
Year 9 (age 13-14)
Year 10 (age 14-15)
Year 11 (age 15-16)
6th Form (Not compulsary from here) -
Year 12 (age 16-17)
Year 13 (age 17-17)
College
University (you can be any age to go to these)

And what Northampton was like 2 Years ago

Lower School -

It changed to the first system when i was going into year 8
