I've never seen any of this stuff before... what do they do when enchanted?

(was just looking through the spells i'll never get to xP)

did jagex tell us wat it does wen enchanted coz on the news bit it doesnt say just tells u the lvls u need to cut and enchant.

Ring of stone turns you to stone apparently.. Meaning you can't attack/be attacked while wearing it.
