Sore Throats!

Ok their going about! I Had one a sore throat all last week. It was sore to swallow and I could not eat. But I have some tips for use :).

Try drinking milk it is less painful to the throat than most other drinks like orange juice.

I never went to my doctor ( I should have) but if your throat is not that bad try taken some pain killers.

also try getting allot of sleep but make sure you drink lots.

Oh and I am sure use all have some great tips and advice.

Take soothers or paracetamol?

I agree with Casie , it happened to me many times and it really hurts ... tunes help :)

I had it a few days ago aswell. But I carnt really get rid of it as I carnt take soothers or anything like that.

I hate milk :( and I couldnt get any sleep as my brothers g/f sleeps and i had like 12 hours sleep in 3 days. And i normally have 12 hours a day
