Revenge repping

A newbie made a thread about her 1st alt and she sed rep pls bcoz she didnt know she fort it was wat everyone sed. then someone sed NOOB you dont ask 4rep Bad rep4 u. So i bad repped him for bad repping her bcoz she didnt know.Then he repped me saying this

Is there a punishment for pointless and revenge repping ?
And can a mod pls remove it ;]
