How do i upload an image from ImageShack?

go on www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us) click host it put in the file you want to host click host it then it will come up with some writing if you want to host on forum highlight the forum (1) one and paste it into the writing box on the forum. if that made any sense im not concentrating while writing so there.

Where is "Host it"?
