3rd Line Missions Are Broken

The 3rd Line Missions on Habbo aren't working for me or my friends.. :( anyone else experienceing this problem?

I dont think they are broken, I just saw someone enter the Habbo Council room with a third line mission.

They sometimes go back to the 1st line and some weird white line appears before them.
