Okay, There was a Thread recently posted, And it said "In Version 9, You will have to be HC to talk" Well i sent a CFH (Call for Help) to confirm this, And It IS NOT TRUE Here's a screenie for proof.

If they did that about three quarters of the hotel would leave and habbo would lose money

Habbo is smart enough ( i think ) to not let only HC or Non-HC's talk
What if in v9 ( I dont kno why were talking bout it ) the habbo way
