You cannot send messages to Callie, she was telling people before. The forum is for suggestions etc. Don't get your hopes up.

Although the option to send a PM to Callie, council members and Forum Moderators/Administrators is there, it's not there to give your ideas (there are lots of different forums set up for that), it is there for you to report serious rule breaking that needs to be dealt with immediately, or complain about a ban etc. :)

COPPA is a US child protection program (not in use here).The age barrier is the same as the one in the hotel registration.
