Between the HTML , You need to put the file's URL, Or else the internet can't find the file. Go to www.imageshack.us, Upload there your file for free, then right click on the photo. Click "Properties", and copy the "URL". Then paste the URL between the and HTML.

If your trying to tell me this is made from scratch and not a recolour - You must be one funny fellow. This is obviously a recolour and not a very good one at that. 2/10 - you need work buddy.
