Making Yogurt – finding the optimum temperature
I have investigated the effect of temperature yogurt production. The range I have decided to investigate 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60°c. The optimum temperature for yogurt production is well within the range and the temperature. To make it a fair test all variables are kept constant except the temperature.
