Ok, so on Sunday I received an email from PayByCash saying that they have gotten my money, and contacted Habbo to tell them to give me my coins. I log onto my Habbo (It is .com BTW), and I still have 0 coins. Is it because of the big lag? I have used the contact us form twice, and not received an answer yet. I know that I am being impatient. :) I am just worried that if PBC notified Habbo when they were on a maintenence break or lagging, Habbo might have not gotten the message. Should I just wait it out?
What should I do?

hi, you need to use the habbo help tool, it may take a while due to them recieving lots of emails everyday :) but eventually they will get back to you! Usually they arrive instantly, i would advise that you wait a few more days. But do not find moderators or flood the call for help, as they cannot do anything, it is only habbo staff that work in the offices that can actually sort out credit problems.

try spending the credits.. sometimes it happends to me that it says 0 creds left, and i reload, and still says 0 creds. But it lets me spend them.. try it
