the word that he put in there isnt filterded as far as i know and scripters go in all major help desks eg th and hxhd

Yes, they use an alt code I think.

Alt codes only filter out light swearing, I don't think he's scripting though.

I figured out how he did it. I'm not saying how it's done because I don't want it getting patched. :)
